Im trying to figure out if I did something wrong or if I have a defective part.

basically, I bought this: http://stores.kegconnection.com/Detail.bok?no=511

Followed all the directions on here, got my beer all carbed up and ready to drink. Started my pour and everything was looking great. Except when I let go of the faucet trigger, it keeps leaking out. And it constantly leaks out and makes an absolute mess all over the place until I just unplug it from the keg.

Now since im new to kegging I always take the philosophy that I did something wrong instead of having a defective part. My regulator reads about 7-8psi. Beer has perfect amount of carbonation to it. But the leak is my only problem. Any idea whats up? Is it me or the part?

Check that the top of the picnic tap is screwed all the way down. Just had the same problem about an hour ago. Luckily, was just soda water at 25PSI in my case, so cleanup wasn't much of a problem.
