Kegged a Smoked Porter. Brought the temps down to 40 and then set the regulator at 30psi. waited 48 hours and then reduced the pressure to 12 psi.
when we were drinking the keg it was flat for the first half of the keg and then the second half was over carbonated. It was like a night and day difference between the beer I was drinking yesterday afternoon and the beer my wife poured later that evening.
Keg has been on CO2 for about a week now. Just don't understand how it can go from flat to to much CO2 in 3-4 beers.
Any ideas?
