Keg Connection is awesome

I called kegconnection today with a keg-leakage issue. The guy I talked to apologized and offered to send me another keg right away. Probably the best customer service experience I've had in my entire life. He picked up the phone, I explained the problem, he apologized, and sent me a replacement.

It doesn't get much better than that so I figured I'd give credit where credit is deserved.

I expressed concern over the 5' lines after reading many posts here. Guy insisted that anyone who "needs" 10' lines for regularly carb'd ales is doing something wrong. Then he said, if it does turn out I need longer lines he'll send me a set for free!
