What I've found that works good, is automatic dishwasher detergent in my keg washer, sometimes I'll add in a bit of oxy as well.

They work well for plate and CF chillers, too. I run one through my kettle plumbing occasionally. First time I used one I was shocked how much out-of-sight gunk it stripped off. Looked like I'd brewed a strong pot of tea in there.
