Has anyone split a 5gal batch between 2 kegs and force carbonated them? I have about 8 selections of hops grown from seed that all have very unique/desirable aromas. Not having large amounts of some of them, I've decided the best way to assess aroma would be to brew a generic pale ale and dry hop with an ounce of the experimentals in each keg. I'm wondering if anyone has force carbed a keg half full as opposed to a full one. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
