My keezer decided not to cool - just in time for a gathering of friends where I had only warm beer to serve on a hot day! Suggestions? Some initial searches said to suggest cleaning to condenser coils; can't seem to find those (they're not visible from the access panel in back). The compressor unit is warm/hot to the touch. Thoughts/suggestions?? Thanks for any help.

Chest freezers place the condenser tubing under the exterior sheet metal and thus use the skin as a radiator. Meanwhile the evaporator tubing is located under the inner liner and use the liner as a cold plate. If the compressor runs constantly but the liner is not cold to the touch nor the exterior skin warm (even hot), the odds are very high that the refrigerant level is nearing zero, which in turn suggests a leak.

Sadly the cost to repair a leaking chest freezer will almost certainly exceed the cost of a new unit. I just replaced my previous keezer for just that reason after it had bled out...

Always at the worst, most inconvenient time! Hope you get this resolved before friends arrive.
