Hey all,

I'm new to having a keezer setup and I was wondering what people set the keezer temp at and what they set their co2 pressure to?

Do you turn the co2 pressure up for force carbing to ensure enough carbonation then turn it down for serving?

I feel like I've been needing to do this to get it adequately carbed.

My keezer is currently set to 48 degrees and my co2 is at about 11-12psi.
