Currently building out my build list for a keezer and thought I'd take a stab at utilizing both serving and fermentation temps in the same freezer. Has anyone done this without too much effort?

I was thinking about just having a small desk heater attached to a temp controller for keeping the freezer at serving temps and running a second controller with the heat attached to a fermentation wrap like this: https://www.morebeer.com/products/fermwrap-heater.html keeping it warm enough for fermentation.

Has this been done before? Will the temperature swing too much? Curious if these wraps will give off too much heat.

The ferm wrap in a keezer paradigm has been tried, though I've never seen anyone needing an auxiliary heater in a dispensing appliance not residing outdoors.
Obviously thermal isolation is important for both tasks to succeed without working the compressor to an early grave...

Cheers!

Cheers!

It'll be in my garage and i'd only need the aux heat in the winter as my garage isn't insulated and has reached temps into the negatives this year.
