I added a bilge fan to my keezer set up to push the cold air up and cirulate the it a little better. My question is should I set the fan to only activate at certain temps to save energy? I have a temp control module with two sets of control. I was thinking it might work to have it kick on at the point when the freezer motor kicks off. Would that be more energy efficient or would it be better to leave it circulating the air contantly keeping everything more even?

Has anyone tried this and found it to make any difference?

That's a good idea. I could pretty easily install a switch to detect when it's open and just put it in the circuit.
