Hi everyone, i'm new here and i got some question.

I'm from Canada and i cant find any good online store tu buy ingredients/kit.

I want to know how and where can i keep ingredien, one the frigde, freezer, on the shelf?

I want to know this because i would like to order some kit and save on the shipping and be able to keep those kit fresh.

Thank you everyone!

Store extract and yeast in the fridge, hops in the freezer.

Grain in a cool dry place sealed as airtight as you can get it. I use ziplock bags for spec. grains, a giant vaccum/spacebag for bulk grain.

That will prolong their shelf life.

Kits will keep for a good while since everything is sealed individually. As long as you keep them in a cool dry place you should be fine for a couple months to possibly a year. I don't know of any places to order but you may want to try Northern Brewer or Midwest... Maybe even Austin Homebrew but I am sure the shipping from the States will be quite a bit if they even ship internationally.
