Hey guys, Tyler here from Austin, Texas. I've lived here my entire life, but only recently started to enjoy it when I discovered homebrewing.

I kid, I kid. I love living in Austin - it's a great city with a lot to offer. But I'm graduating from UT in May and moving away (I would hate to be that kid that never left his hometown. No offense to that kid, if they are reading this). I've only done extract brews so far because I don't have the money to afford the AG equipment I want, but it's still been delicious. So anyone in the Austin area that wants to show me how to brew on their AG setup, I would be happy to supply you with a steady stream of jokes about Electrical Engineers :)

I'm glad to be joining the community - I've already gained so much knowledge from reading these posts for the last few weeks. I look forward to hopefully contributing something in return.

Prost!

Check out the groups section here, central texas brewers- lots of local guys. They will even help out t-sips!
I kid. Sacchromyces and Soperbrew always have something going on- I'm an hour or so north.

Welcome! :)

Soperbrew is brewing on Saturday morning. PM either one of us for the addy we will both be there, I am taking the weekend off of brewing since I brewed last weekend. He will probably get started around 9am.

PS. my degree is computer engineering so I'm half EE.
