Hello! Glad to join all the home brewers! I just started making mead about a month ago. My first batch will be ready in about 2 weeks. I super excited and really hope it comes out well!!!

I think you mean it'll be ready in two weeks to set it on a quiet, dark shelf for another six months!

Drink some now (you deserve it), but do try your best to save the bulk for as long as you can. Time will reward you.

Look into Bray's one month mead (BOMM). As the name implies, it can be ready in 1 month.
