Ordered a 10 gallon kettle from Colorado Brew Systems today. The 3 pc valve will be mounted between the handles. Not sure why the standard placement is under the handle. Also ordered a bag from Wilserbrewer on Friday.
Next up is a burner. I have one that I've been using but it's kinda small.
