Hi Everyone. I started brewing in August of 2009. The first batch I brewed was an extract plus steeping grains from Homebrewers Outpost and I fell in love with the Hobby. I then found the LHBS and made 3 of my own extract/specialty grain recipes. In December I took the step to all grain and have brewed 4 batches so far. Currently drinking an IPA and have a dry stout in the Secondary that I think is going to turn out great.
I learned to brew 25% from Palmer and 75% from this site. I have been frequenting this site for months and finally decided to step up and get the subscription so I can give back to the community. I cant give you guys enough thanks, this is an awesome resource.
