Just Finished My First Brew Day

I completed my first brew yesterday and just wanted to thank this forum for being such a good repository of information.

I started with all grain, water adjustment, fly sparging, and built a ferm chamber, immersion cooler, hops spider, and stir plate. ALL using info from this forum and HowToBrew.

My brew day went extremely smooth, I hit all my target temps, and my OG is very close to where it should be.

Congrats! Way to hit the ground running.

Here's the best advice damn near no one listens too...don't mess with it! Just leave it be, watch your temps, and let the yeast do their thing. Be sure to give enough time.
