And I wanted to say hello and thank you. I've been lurking around here for almost a year but never posted because, well, all of my questions had already been answered. You guys have kept me from worrying on multiple occasions, saved my beer at least once, and in general provided me with a lot of information. So now I guess it's time to become a bit more active in the forum.
The about me bit - I'm from Philly, I've been brewing extract for about a year (swmbo bought me a kit from the lhbs last year) and after 8 batches I've decided to make the jump to all grain. It seems to have gone well except for forgetting to take OG after the boil. Only thing I can do now is sit back, wait, and let the yeast do its job.
So yeah, thanks again for all the help.
