I'll be down for some patronage when you are open. I'm only up a few miles north in the Lynnwood/S. Everett area, and have been known to prowl the brewpubs. I am looking forward to it. Oh, and I also saw your info in the brewing news also. Ubercool!:mug:

I'm a little late in the day but that is the nicest system I've ever seen. Congratulations on your newest edition!

It's funny since we've never met but I'm so excited about your endeavor I can hardly stand it. Keep posting the great pictures so we can live vicariously through you!

Congratulations on the purchase. That looks like a sweet little system.

Hopefully you can get it shipped and installed with few problems.

The combi vessel is a separate mash/lauter tun, kettle and HLT in one big tank. It appears to be electrically heated.

Here is a link to a gallery of pictures of what I believe is the system Brewtopia bought.

For those uf us that do live 3000 miles away, will you be selling "yeast samples?"

Brewtopia, that is awesome. And for 45k... a sweet deal. I'm coming sometime after you open. Don't know when, but it's already on the "to do" list. :rockin::rockin::rockin::rockin:

Wow, wow. That's fantastic! I'm so happy for you and am itching with envy. You'll definitely see me around eventually, that's for sure.

So so so, what's the first brew huh!?!

When I open my brewery(yeah right, maybe though... we can all dream!) I will be able to pressure wash it from celing to floor! I'm sure you've thought of exactly that as well as (eventhougth the exterrior apperance dosn't have anything to do with the quality of beer...) what elbow grease it'll take to keep that sick ass beautiful setup as awe inspiring as it appears in those pictures. It is so damn beautiful! I can't wait to see it in person as well as taste the heavenly ambrosia extracted from the aforementioned fermenters!
:---: Side note. Where I work they've built a new kitchen the floor I found to be interesting. It is a poured slab of concrete with plumbing that they spread a concoction of epoxi and sand over. It is sanitary, nice looking and when it gets wet no matter what shoes you are wearing it isn't slick! Just something I've seen that caught my eye. If it helps SWEET! I'm sure you've seen more than me as far as construction materials go but I thoght this was pretty slick! :---:

Wonderful! Looks great! Will you bottle, or just keg?

I imagine they'll just serve from the tanks, being a brew pub and all on a 3 BBL system. Not alot left to ship out...

:drunk:

Thats awesome, ill for sure be dropping in with some of my buddys to support your business. We head into the city every once in a while so we will have to make sure to try out the selection. Looking good, keep us up to date.

Brewtopia - looking good - just saw the thread (I was away for the weekend) - and it is coming along. Post up when you know exactly when you are opening and I will be there, along with some thirsty friends.

Picked up the brewery in Tennesee last week and got it unloaded today. Here are a few pics of the break down of the system. I forgot to put the memory card back in my camera so missed documenting the actual loading the truck. Also, I forgot my camera altogether today so, no pics of the offload. Will get more pictures of the system when we actually go to install it.

I love the giant numbers on them...

SO you have 4 of them in a line and you need numbers to know which one is number 2?

LOL!

Sorry, it's the envy speaking ;)
