So I had the first "official" bottles of my first batch and they were delicious! On the way are 5 gallons of a scottish ale, 5 of an IPA, and I am about to brew that vanilla cream ale I've heard so much about ( https://www.homebrewtalk.com/19258-post5.html ). And Ive decided to do a little 3/4 gallon experimental batch of a chocolate wheat beer, and would like to say thanks to every one here for helping me spend way more money on beer than I would have normally, even though I get them cheeper now.

:ban::mug::ban:

Edit: Holy crap Im good at spelling (see thread title)

I think I'm going to do a Vanilla Cream Ale the next time. I made a Vanilla Stout that turned out great but I used extract instead of the Vanilla Bean method so the flavor is somewhat diminishing over time.

They call me the Hiphopopotamus
Flows that glow like phosphorous
Poppin' off the top of this esophagus
Rockin' this metropolis
I'm not a large water-dwelling mammal
Where did you get that preposterous hypothesis?
Did Steve tell you that, perchance?
Steve.
