Hey all, I am putting together a JB which I'll use for a number of events year over year. I already have the taps and some other misc parts, I just don't have a cooler or SS coils. I don't want to rent as I can see this being used at least 4 times a year, maybe more. Kegs will be kept outside, out of the sun, but will be warm. Nothing I can do about that. Most times I'll need it to work over a weekend but sometimes 3 days or maybe even 4. Anyway I've done some digging but have a few questions that I can't seem to find an answer to:

1) I want to do a 3 tap JB, any cooler recommendations? I was going to use a Coleman Xtreme 60 qt or similar. Yeti is a bit rich for my blood I think.

2) I can get 3/8 stainless coils as opposed to 5/16. Seems like 3/8 is the way to go yes? Since it will take less pressure to put the beer through. Any issues?

3) I plan to use 50 ft coils, from what I can tell this should be sufficient for one pint with maybe 30 second breaks in between pours. Probably will be a lot longer though so lots of time to chill. Does this make sense?

I want to avoid foam as much as possible. My current trash can setup works great when it's cooler out but get to 25-30C and foam city. Plus ice melts like mad. It's being retired.

Thanks in advance.
