Jaybird Level 3 False Bottom

I am considering adding a false bottom to my keggle (kettle) with Jaybird's level 3 filter stand and I would like to hear from people who use this system with pellet hops.

I am currently using a hop spider and a plate chiller but I would like to upgrade to a system that I can just throw my hops into the kettle to maximize utilization.

So, my question is, can I use the level 3 filter with pellet hops and a plate chiller? What % of the hops does the level 3 filter out?
