Is this ok or something bad in my beer

Yes I know it's one of these oh no not again questions... but if anyone could comment on this I would appreciate it. I have had an ale in fermenter for 2 weeks now, used the verdant ale yeast for first time. I don't think any of my previous brews have had this bubbly surface before, after 2 weeks. Is it something normal or something strange going on?

It looks like krausen. It didn't drop yet, but if you slowly cold crash it, it will drop entirely. You can of course just rack / transfer from underneath.
