Brewers,
Does this look like an infection or anything I should worry about? It's strong ale that's been in my primary for 13 days (first 5 gallon batch).
I tasted some and it was real boozy to say the least. My question is should I bottle today (one day early) to limit any further contamination or hold out another 24 hrs?
