Is Re-Milling LHBS milled grain bad?

My LHBS accidentally milled my grain even though I have my own mill. I am not sure I trust their crush. Is there any danger in re-milling it?

Milling it again can actually be beneficial...kind of like the more expensive 3 roller designed mills.

I remilled my grain from northern brewer and my effeciency jumped 10% with my barley crusher, so I would say yeah.

There's no danger and it might help if the original crush wasn't good. The results will be very close to what your mill normally produces.
