Is my air lock full enough?

I've never used an S Style air lock before so just wanted to make sure.

Yes. As long as there are two meniscus points, you're fine.

Although there is a fill line on it.

There is a fill line inscribed on each one of the air lock chambers. Fill the chambers, with sanitizer or vodka, to these lines and you will be at the optimum level.

Over filling can allow suck back into the fermentor with a large air pressure or temperature change.

you're good. You can't really "overfill" a s-type airlock, though, it'll just push out the extra as bubbles.
