Well....a few months back say mid-october.....I put together two batches of cider. One with a sweet mead yeast and the other with a hefe yeast.

I bottled the sweet mead cider first. Came out nice and tart! Very nice.

Due to my lack of bottles (and money!) I left the hefe cider in the primary and there it has sat since october.

Is it still ok? It has been undistured and is VERY clear. It still has on the airlock.

I bottle carb. Will it carbonate even if it has sat this long? How long should I let it carbonate (in the bottle) before cold crashing?

You'll be fine, I just bottled a cider that had been in secondary for 4 months. I've done longer before too, takes a bit longer to carb up, like 5 weeks, but it still carbs
