To begin, I based this off of deepsouth's 60 minute recipe shown here:https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f69/my-60-minute-ipa-125474/#post1399336 so I won't take full credit. However, I wanted to make something more bitter, hoppy, and with a higher gravity.

I'd appreciate any suggestions/criticism, constructive or not.

0.50 oz Amarillo Gold [8.50 %] - Aroma Steep
0.50 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Aroma Steep

1.00 oz Amarillo Gold [8.50 %] - Dry Hop 10.0 Days
0.50 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Dry Hop 10.0 Days
0.50 oz Simcoe [13.00 %] - Dry Hop 10.0 Days

The addition of Centennial and Cascade came around by accident, as my LHBS didn't have any Simcoe in.. but I've just sourced some Simcoe and decided I'd keep the rest as well.

Any thoughts?

Fantastic recipe.......move forward with this one! I am a huge fan of the 30 minute hop addition.

Only question I have on this one.. because of the higher gravity, should I be pitching two packets of the Safale US-05? Mr Malty recommends 1.4 Packets, so I'm somewhat hesitant to pitch 2 for fear of overpitching, I do have a scale and can measure out the recommended 16 grams of yeast.

That hop schedule seems overly complicated, and honestly u dont need the 45 and 30 min additions. Combine those hops into the 15 min or even more preferably the flame out addition.

I don't know that it's overly complicated, being that I plan to pre-measure and label the additions and have a multi-stage kitchen timer, so it's just dumping in hops every 15 minutes. I'll still run the numbers with things switched out and see where it takes me though, thanks!

Yup, just ran by the LHBS for another packet of the US-05. Busy week this week(vday, daughter's birthday, SWMBO's birthday all in one week), might not be able to get to brew until next week.
