I would like to brew an IPA. I have the following hops on hand.

2 oz. Simcoe
2 oz. Citra
2 oz. Falconers 7Cs
2 oz. Zythos.
4 oz. Chinook

Any ideas on how these can be mixed to make a good beer.

I would like to keep the IBUs in the 50-60 range (no huge IPAs please).

I seems I could use the Chinook for bittering and then use one or more of the other hops for flavor and aroma additions.

For grainbill I will probably use something like this (from EdWort's Bee Cave Brewery IPA)
11# Pale
1# Munich
12 oz. Crystal 60L

Dry Yeast - Safale US-05

O.G. 1.065
F.G. 1.016

Thanks!

I really don't think you could possibly mess up an IPA with those hops....I say put the names on a dartboard and start throwing! ;)

dart 1 is 60 mins
dart 2 is 10
dart 3 & 4 is knockout

dart 5 dry-hop

Adjust amounts as necessary to achieve the IBU range you want.
