IPA bottling?
Hey Ive started my very first batch of beer; its an IPA. I pitched the yeast last Thursday the 25th Sep.
When I made the wort I neglected to take a hydrometer reading (oops) & I just put the lid on and let the pressure lock do the work.
Well the pressure lock has been bubbling for the last 5 days its slowing down now and I wonder how soon should I bottle this batch I really dont have enough bottles stock piled yet.
I wonder if I could leave it in the primary for another 7 to 14 days until I get more bottles stock piled I figure if I just drink 3 or 4 beers a night for the next week I might have enough empty bottles to do the whole batch.
