I've been watching these forums for a long time, but I've never needed to post because I've always found the answers to my questions somewhere. I thought I'd post an introduction because I plan on participating in the beer swap and maybe a few other forums. I've been brewing extract and steeping grains for almost two years, and hubby just bought me an all-grain setup for my birthday, so I'm planning my first all-grain brew. I am active on Untappd.
