SO! We want to do some small batches, and we need YEAST!! We have a an apartment on the top of a building and need yeasts for Belgian styles that ferment at a higher temperature, cause, you know, HEAT RISES!!

Anyway, we kind of need someone to suggest and possibly mail us some yeast in South Korea.

Any takers?

Guys?

Sincerely,

Desperately Seeking Yeast

I may be wrong, but Belgian styles are probably going to be liquid yeast. So they are probably not going to survive the trip to SK.

There are ways to cool a fermentation for a few days that might be more worthwhile. Surely there is some place in Sk that sells a small variety of yeast?

I bet that one of the homebrew shops here in the states could overnight something to you, but it would be all kinds of expensive. If you get some, make a nice bank of yeasts so you will not have to keep buying more.
