According to the manufacturer's website, this product is only good for 140*F and will distort at 154*F.

You should only add o2 once you chill. I have one and it works great. Nice to see the o2 flow

I dont know if there is A clear CPVC, but it handles higher temps than PVC, closer to 200 IIRC.

It probably will. I was intending this for the cold side such as for inline O2 setups.
