I'm sorry to ask another infection question, but I brewed and kegged a Pilsner recently, it tasted fine before going into the keg, but after force carbing, it has a sour taste. Is this infection or not letting it sit long enough? I sanitized the keg, but there may be a leak in the CO2 intake, which would leave very little chance for any oxidation infection.

Definitly shouldnt taste sour because its young. Although im not knowledged in carbing kegs and co2...im sure someone will stop along soon and answer you :) GL
