Appears to be yeast rafts/co2... Hard to tell.

If you get a film on there, I'd be worried. Random little bubbles is nothing to worry about!
 
looks like yeast. if you see long strings/ropes of white, get worried. you'll know what i mean when/if you see it
 
white mold.
next time put a couple sanitized SS nuts in the dry hop bag so you dont get the same effect as a fruit cap in wine.
 
thinks its co2.. i look real close and it looks like bubble clusters.... and theyve gone away
 
Idk about white mold,which is usually stringy or fuzzy. But the round beady ones aren't yeast rafts. Not foam or bubbles either. Too rounded like a floating egg yolk. imo,an early stage of infection.
 
they kind of disappear and come back...also when tilt carboy, they get stuck on carboy side and look just like lil bubbles... but im still unsure lol its my 1st brew
