Does anyone use an induction plate for maintaining mash tun temps?
Currently my buddy and I combine our equipment for all grain brewing.
We have 10 gallon igloo coolers for mashing/HLT but I was contemplating get another brew kettle with a false bottom to mash in the kettle. The issue would be trying to maintain temps in the kettle. I could insulate it but I am not sure it would hold temps so I was considering using a indcution hot plate so I could add heat if needed.
Has this worked for anyone?
