Sure that will work. You could use one for each "on" position or use just one for both.

Are you running your element load through that switch or using a mechanical relay of some sort?

Just as an option buying these identical indicator lights for 99 cent a piece with free shipping and the following switches which are actually rated for more amps than the ones your looking at for $4.35 a piece vs $22 a piece... this will save you like what $70.00? Its your call though keep in mind it comes from china either way... and the switches I linked even have built in indicator lights if you choose to use them... just saying there a lot of better options for more reasonable rates without all the distributor markups. Even the home depot has the switches you indicated for less than grainger.

Thanks Augie!!

No problem, keep in mind if you looking at different color and optioned switches that you want the locking kind and some come with 120v indicator lights built in and some 220v....
Just search "10a 220v switch" or 25a 120v switch... you get the picture.... I don't know if the coil in your element contractor is 220v or 120v switching...
The switch I linked will work in either application but I don't think the built in light will work without 220v but they do sell 120v versions which would be better for your pumps.
