A there any way to increase the OG, I took the grains from two grain batches I did today and Sparged them together, ended up with a low OG, never tried this before

Without more details batch size, pounds of grain, OG achieved all I can really say is the crush in the grains had a lot to do with efficiency and also at some point you will hit a point where the water volume cannot hold any more sugar in suspension. Eventually you get a point where more grain will hurt your efficiency or greatly increase your preBoil volume requiring a longer boil to reduce volume and push OG up.

You could always add some dry or liquid malt extract to your boil as well. Anything that adds sugar into the fermenter will increase OG. Just keep in mind all things are not equal and just increasing you OG will not necessarily give you a better tasting beer. It will have more alcohol for sure but without a balance in the beer I don't think it would taste the way you're hoping for.
