So I realized that I under carb'd a pilsner I made and need to bump it up. Currently it's 2.5 and is just a little to low for the style. looking for 2.8-3.0. Is it as easy as increasing the psi to around 18-20 for another week or so?

Thanks

Just take it slow when increasing the pressure, no more than 2 PSI at a time, then give it a week or so to absorb into the beer and see how you like it. You can crank it up by 5-10 PSI, have the beer right where you want it in a day or two and think everything's fine only to find out it's still absorbing CO2 and in another day or two after that you've got an overcarbonated mess on your hands.
