Been going through my brewlogs and I am looking for a new challenge!

Challenge me with a style I have not yet brewed!

One gotcha: I can't ferment lower than 60F. So true lagers are out of reach. :(

What I brewed so far:

Wheat:
  • Wit bier
  • American wheat + Fruit american wheat
  • Hefe Weizen
Session ales:
  • Cream ales, blond ales, Amber ales
  • Pales ales and IPA's, (+ Rye IPA)
  • Bitters, ESB's
  • Brown ales
Stouts:
  • Stout, dry stout, sweet stouts, imperial stouts
Hybrids:
  • California common
  • Kolsch / Alt bier
Belgians:
  • Abbey blonds and trippels
  • Saison
I'm waiting for your suggestion.. I will brew at least one!

Rauchbier... Its normally a lager, but you can use Wyeast 2112 - "California Lager" and ferment at 60F...
