well...The LHBS just got a new mill that's adjustable...I set it as fine as it will go and BAM 89% pre boil efficiency! and thats including the extra 2.25L of wort I got pre boil... I think I have some tweaking to do with brewers friend!

I went from 63% to 75% instantly when i bought my own mill. Not to be a conspiracy theorist but gee, when you get low eff you sure do buy more grain to compensate. Seems like a win for the brew shops, but whatever, grain is cheap.
