Hey guys,

I keg my beer, but need to bottle about 12 bottles this time around due to an agreement I have with a friend at work who gave me three sanke kegs. I have never just bottled 12 beers before because if I bottle, I bottle the entire. 5 gallon batch..... How would you bottle/ carb just one bottle?

Just use a priming/carb calculator and prime each bottle. That's probably the easiest. That what I do with leftovers from kegging. You'll need to know your bottle volume, the temp your beer was fermented, your desired co2 volume, and the type of sugar you're using. Of course, I usually fly by the seat of my pants and use a convenient stick of coffee sugar (3 grams) in a 500 ml bottle which comes up just right.
