Hi,

I want to buy sth for my brother (30th birthday), who is a big beerlover. He started brewing his own beers 6 months ago. He also drinks all this beers from all over the world available in our local beer store and on some beer festivals he goes to.

I was thinking about this two, but maybe you have any other ideas? I don't know much about this stuff.

Those are both really cool ideas! I know I would like them. I know for me personally my wife gets me beer stein as a gift once a year, whether it's b-day, day, etc. I think they're awesome, and can be found on ebay for a decent price. Honestly though, you know your brother best, and I'm sure whatever you get him will mean even more because you didn't just grab any random old thing. Also, actual beer can make a pretty good gift too! 😆

Has some really really cool gift idea's. Personally I like the wood engraved chart:

but that may be out of your price range, however there is this:

which is more reasonable. But being his brother, and getting him anything that relates to his hobby and love will mean the world to him I'm sure!

Well if you were my brother/sister And I was turning 30, Id like to be told its time to settle down and get serious about life with a introduction to a possible life long drinking buddy, one along these lines possibly. HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRO!:ban:

They look great, but I was thinking of sth that relates to 'collecting' beer you have tried. However, Iike the wood engraved one too.

Without knowing his equipment or what he is in too, your ideas are excellent. If he is not into something like saving bottle caps i like the 120 beers. I have seen that and it will provide wonderful inspiration. But if he would dig the map it is really cool. Does he collect bottles, etc from different places?

I've got the map and I love it. Always looking for new caps, and remembering great beers.

OK, done!

I bought the 120 beers poster.

I can post some pictures, when it gets here. They say 3-7 days to ship to US.

Can't wait to give it to my bro!

If you do decide to do one of the maps in the future I have one and they are nice. I would recommend the metal one though as the wood is cut to only the standard cap size. Some of my favorite breweries (Jester King) use bigger 29mm caps that won't fit and is a bummer.

Also, some other ideas in case people are looking for random beer stuff.

Don't want anyone to know what your drinking, I got one of these for dog walks and long lines.
