Well...can only speak for what I'd do ....if this in primary and fermenting, I'd just let ride......when transferred to secondary, I suppose you could top up with innocuous plain old preservative-free grape juice, or maybe a blueberry juice - dunno if Knudsen makes blueberry juice or not, check them out (will likely ferment out a bit, but not enough to worry about stressing over final abv figures, since you're not a commercial operation, and not a large enough amount to alter the final flavor perceptably)....but of course, I could be wrong, I'm just not overly anal about it all, it's all good fun as long as nothing gets infected :)
 
The dollar store has them fairly cheap. He only needs 2-3 inches if I remember corectly
 
MarbleKing.com, food grade No Lead marbles, they have plain glass ones, probably a lot safer than dollar store marbles made in a far away country that has a history of sending contaminated food over here to the US. Another option is just to dilute some Everclear to the same concentration you want your wine to end up at and add that as a topper. Adding back juices after the primary is done is just going to prolong the fermentation and take longer to clear. WVMJ
