Hey guys,
I am not new to brewing, but I am totally new to building things.
I have already posted in another part of the forum regarding this issue of mine (but it is not the right one. I wish I could delete it, but I can't).
Can anyone help me understand how to build a temp controller for a natural gas burner?
What do I need in the 1st place?
The idea is to:
-use natural gas hooked up to a regulator
-this regulator would be connected to a temp sensor placed in the pot and the actual gasburner
-the gasburner will be equipped with a safety light.
All these components communicate and when the temp falls below the desired temp, the buner fires up. When it hits the target temp, it turns off.
Here they have a really good list of components, but I'd like to understand what each one does and how to connect them,
Cheers
