Brewer's Best Robust Porter just hit target FG of 1.012 today, 11 days after brewing. Of course, I had to sample the beer and it has excellent potential. Looking forward to 3 weeks after bottling, I will crack open one and see how much it has matured.

Yes you will like at 3 weeks but as you try again at 4 then 5 and again at 6 and longer it really does get better.....so label and save a few and see!

Agreed! A robust porter is a fantastic brew, it just gets better and better!
