I left my homemade heater on my Kombucha today and when i got home it was warm to the touch. Is my Kombucha done? I can't say exactly how warm it was. not like hot tap water but i'd say warm. Its in the fridge now to cool it back quickly to room temp (i'll be taking it out soon).

Just take it out of the fridge and wait and see how it turns out.

If the temperature got well over 40 degrees (Celsius), then most of the microbes are probably dead. If it didn't get past 40, then it should be fine.
