Ok, suprise day off means I brew today.
Need Ideas for todays brew but kinda limited on grain.

I have
6# Light DME
.5# Peated Malt
.75# Caravienna
.75# Special B
.5# Flaked Barley
.25# Dextrine Malt
.5# Carafoam
.25# Pilsen Malt
Some american oak chips

#1 Kent Goldings
6oz Willamette

A few s-04
and a Wyeast Thames Valley

OK so tell me what you got.
Maybe a bastardized version of something

Maybe an amber ale?

use your DME, your dextrine malt, and a couple ounces of the special b for color? Hop with the goldings and ferment with s-04

Thats exactly what I was thinking.

What about sometime with DME, small amount of caramunich. maybe a bastardized blonde

I didn't see caramunich listed in your inventory otherwise I would have sugested the amber in my dropdown.....

Its just 2row (dme) and caramunich. It's hopped differently but I'd bet it'd be good with the goldings
