I got up this morning not sure of what to do today so I got the idea to do a brew day. My wife left early for work, nice a peaceful around the house.

I was going to brew it on the weekend but decided to do it today. My feremnter are all ful so I just scaled the recipe down to 4 gallons to do in a 5 gallon carboy that rarely gets used. Might as well put it into service.

I am about 10 minutes into my boil. A Belgian Tripple mmmm.

Now I have to figure out what to brew on Sunday after I bottle what is in one of my ferenters on Friday.
 
Nice. I'm gonna be off for quite awhile, so all i gotta do is gfigure out how to get my 3 year old to help out and i can brew on a whim too.
