First time trying laguintas hop stoopid.
This sh*t rocks.
I'd expected a stupid bitter hop bomb. Nope - hoppy, malty, well balanced. Lots of cascade aroma. Sh*t ton of alchohol or I'm just a puss tonight.
Having this around frequently would get me in trouble as I must confess I'm a bit lit after ONE bomber (I'm also up past my bedtime and did a kinda long bikeride after spending all day at a festival).
I suppose this means I need to try Pilney the Elder.
Crap... this means I need to brew a DIPA with moderate frontend hops but lots of 15-10-5-0 and dryhops. Better figure a recipie and order from freshops.
