I need your help in my issue
Unfortunately I don’t have hydrometer. I make my beer with
1 coopers lager liquid malt extract
1 kg coopers enhancer 2
1 kg dextrose
Coopers yeast
25 liters water
What expected alcohol in this ???
Am waiting for answers

The "enhancer" is likely comprised of mostly dextrose. Along with the dextrose you are only increasing alcohol by replacing LME with corn sugar. You could replace the dex with sucrose and save enough on one batch to get an inexpensive hydrometer. The ingredients you are using can probably produce predictable alcohol content. Hopefully someone has used similar.

That's probably a 3.75 pound can and you're using about 6 gallons of water. I say you'll get a around 4% ABV.
