While siphoning I accidentally disturbed the sediment. I stopped siphoning and have it just sitting. Will it clear on it own?

Newb worries.....contine siphoning it will all settle out know matter where it is.....gravity

What are your siphoning from where to where?
 
No I will not! Haha I am siphoning from carboy to bottles. Will continue when all settles down. Thanks!

listen to Tom. Getting all the sediment out before you bottle is key. If you only have the one carboy it can be a problem, but if you have a bucket you can rack to it and back to the carboy after it gets a quick rinse.

Then chill it to help settle the yeast and wait a bit before racking again, or bottling. You really want to wait until all the sediment(lees) is gone before you bottle. For me, that tends to be 2-3 rackings over 2-3 months.

Refrigerate at 45°for an overnight should be good, By your 2nd racking most of the suspension has settled, I do not try to get that 25th bottle out of the vessel that way you have 24 clear bottles and then baby any vino that is still sip worthy.
